Domino's Pizza

I’ve ordered take away a couple of times from here and I have to say that the customer service is fantastic; the folks that work here are efficient and caring - my order is always ready on time. However, time after time I feel their food quality hasn’t been that great. I’m a big fan of Dominos and most locations I order from have good quality, but I feel this location lacks quality at times; from the cheese smelling moldy to the dough being too rough, and I know they can do better.

Took over an hour an half to deliver just an extra large cheese pizza. It was ice cold. It appears they just pulled out of the fridge.

LITERALLY THE WORST DOMINOS PIZZA I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE!!. I got a Handmade pan pizza with extra cheese, that's it. Simple right ?! Not for this location, they literally just brushed like 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on the pizza and slapped on so much cheese on the pizza, they did not cut it out, nothing like that. And that's fine, no ones perfect but its the Customer service omg, the absolutely horrible customer service that got to me. FEMALE EMPLOYEE : I called to complain and I spoke to a really rude employee who kept saying "that's how much sauce they always put on the pizza and no one ever complains" and I'm trying to tell her that I have ordered this exact pizza from several other Dominos locations and it has NEVER been like this but of course "SHE KNEW BETTER", I requested a new pizza and she told me I'd have to wait a whole hour to get it and we went back and forth about that again and I was finally over it and decided I wanted a refund, she said that would take an hour and a half and I said that's cool. 10mins later I get a call from DOMINOS.... THE FEMALE MANAGER : I picked up the call and the RUDEST female voice jumped straight into questions with NO COURTESY at all just straight throwing questions at me "who did you talk to right now" , "you just ordered a pizza now right?", "what did you want ?" , "what's your issue" she wouldn't even let me say anything and she would jump right into the next question, she sounded so irritated and agitated for absolutely no reason, I was trying SO HARD not to snap at her because it just wasn't worth it. She basically called to "make sure i didn't think I was getting a full refund" she let me know that I will not be getting a refund on my delivery or drink (which I honestly had no problems with paying for) and she said "we can send you a new pizza and get you a new one it makes no difference to us",the phone kept breaking up and she said RUDELY AS EVER "hurry up and decide what you want", and I'm just there like I already said I am not waiting an hour for pizza that would probably not even be any better. So I told her I would like a credit please and she give me the total and hung up. I have NEVER experience such horrible customer service from a pizza place before and I'm absolutely shocked. It's like the Employees at that location were trained TO BE RUDE and ARGUE with customers. The pizza looked so bad and tasted even worse (see pictures below, from this location and other location for comparison). And I have gotten refunds from food places before and they NEVER ask me to pay for the delivery fee they give FULL REFUNDS.

Very bad customer service! Pizza takes 2hrs to deliver and the customers service agent in phone was very rude and unprofessional! We will not order here again! Pizza taste bad and was overcook burnt!!!!! Poor food!!! Poor service! Waste of our time and money!!!! Ordered September 20,2021 4-6pm

In my opinion, there is the middle line missing from my pizza. I saw a tiktok video one times that the employees cut out the middle line and put the pizza together with the background sound “they”re gonna know, how are they gonna know” That’s funny to watch not funny to get one. Dominos should do something to prevent this things to happen in the future. That’s disgusting. I bought from 1906 Jane street store Sept 08,2021 around 5-6PM.

We ordered here a couple of times. Once due to the coupons we got and it gave us free delivery. The pizza was good. I took 20 to 30 minutes for them to get the pizza here. It was fully cooked, warm. Domino's pizza is still running even after covid happened. The other time we went in to the restaurant to order a slice or two. The pizza seemed fresh. They had hand sanitizer out due to covid.

Find this place average. I agree with the reviews here and it's a hit or miss with this location based on the time and who's making it. It's best just to order Domino's somewhere else.

I'm sorry I only tipped the driver a standard 10% the pizza quality was amazing I should have tipped 20% instead. Will order here again. Thanks for your service.
