★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave these guys a chance again, a few years since our last order. The 2 thin and crispy pizzas we ordered might as well have arrived as cardboard cut outs, because that's exactly how they tasted. Dry, greasy, burned, and undeniably artificial. After a few bites and a lot of thoughts from around the table, i called and let the supervisor know just how good a frozen pizza tastes next to what we have just ingested.
Kudos to dominos for offering me a refund, which i refused, since they will need every penny they can get if they keep this sort of food standard up and manage to stay afloat.. good luck doninos, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely leave negative reviews no matter how bad the experience I have but this particular place let me down twice. I dont know if there is a glitch with their online system but I got charged twice for one order on top different ocassions one time when I used my personal card second time on my company card. Even though it was corrected later on but my company card got blocked for suspicious activity for double transaction by them, I had to go through two months of inconvenience just to get my company card unblocked. Staff is very nice but their online transaction system is broken. Peace!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store by the college has never let me down. The Meatzza and Extravaganza xtra cheese mediums. deadly. Sometimes you need a change this is my backup from Ramona's. Grand Banks location on 68th not impressed at all. Read my review there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a really great staff and amazing customer service. Also the pizza points help save money. They accidentally gave me a pizza that was missing one of the toppings, I didn't even notice until the delivery person had already driven away but when I called in with the issue they brought another pizza with the correct toppings very quickly. Every place could make a mistake but they dealt with it fantastically well. (Also they don't make mistakes very often, I've ordered quite a few times and only the one issue. And another time I did a delayed order, not even noticing that I had put 11pm instead of 11am. They called me when they saw it come in to confirm that I wanted it at night and not for lunch. Very friendly. Thumbs up to them.

Ordered Lg 4 topping with extra cheese AND provolone. Pizzas still come out bare. What's a guy supposed to do with this place..
The free ones you get from points are even more laughable.
I'm pretty much done with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow did they deliver tonight. Yes I ordered delivery, but I am shocked how good my experience was. Food was super hot, it was delivered quickly by a super friendly driver and the quality is outstanding. I have ordered from those high end pretentious pizza places that cost twice as much, but this is far better pizza. I would say this is probably my favorite pizza ever. Great job to the staff working tonight. You made my day! Thank you.
