Great pizza great price fastest delivery I’ve ever seen 11/10

Owsum people treated me with respect and was very patient and even helped me decide for my order. Way to go domino's hiring such nice CSR.

I ordered a pizza from here in February while in town using one of my free reward pizzas. When my order finally arrived it was wrong so I called the store to let them know. She tried to argue with me and became defensive saying it is right and it's "double cheese" I told her my order says right on it "triple cheese" she then offered a free lava cake to which I declined and said I don't want a lava cake, I didn't order a lava cake. She tried to say there was nothing she would do then and I said she can refund me for my pizza as it's not what I ordered. She told me they would remake it and I declined as I had already waited over an hour when it said the wait was going to be 20 minutes and I had to be up early for work and couldn't wait that long again as I would only be getting 6 hours of sleep and just want my pizza to be refunded. She then sent her delivery driver to my place to refund the delivery charge I paid and I was sure to ask that my pizza was going to be credited to my account to which she said yes. Now I looked and saw that it wasn't credited almost a month later so I called back again and she again became defensive and said they can't credit it back so too bad. I told her I would call head office and she said to hang on and put the phone down for over 10 minutes while she talked to someone else in the restaurant then came back and said she called head office but they won't credit it back so too bad. When I told her I heard her talking to the other person there and not on the phone she again became mad and defensive. I have now contacted head office myself to let them know about this, honestly just avoid this place all together unless you want a headache. Worst customer service in the world and incompetence.

They sent our delivery order with 2 of the 4 items, 15 minutes later they brought the rest? pretty much done dinner when they returned, but it's okay because they offered us an extra $.50 dipping sauce that we no longer needed. Pizza wasn't horrible.

I ordered a Large Philly Steak pizza. Pizza got here fast and it tasted great. Totally would recommend buying food from here!

My Sweetheart & I are very pleased with the quality of the service & excellent Pizzas from the "Domino's" located in drayton valley! We ordered 2 large Pizzas from them tonight using my mobile phone and they got EVERYTHING RIGHT! (I rarely make reviews & only when a business is extraordinarily outstanding one way or the other) Not only did they get our order Exactly as requested; Double Pepperoni, Double Cheese & Spicy Sauce on Garlicky Buttery crust along with a Double "Everything" Hawaiian that were Both Far Better than anything we've gotten ANYwhere since the "Pandemic Crises" started. FOR HALF THE PRICE! Thank You for great services.?????️??

I went in last night. The staff member in there had the best customer service skills I have ever seen. Very courtious and helpful. That man deserves a raise!
