★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with Mike Thomson or rather a women working there while he was on vacation. Never even got to meet him when he got back a couple days later. Seemed in the beginning he was going to get the job done. Granted some issue with my current bank giving some wrong info. But he didn’t follow up with them and left it to the lender to do. When I inquired through texts he failed to respond and didn’t return calls to the lender or myself as well. Took almost 2 months to have the mortgage transferred and cost me more with admin fees just under $700 he failed to mentioned to me. When I inquired about these fees I was told to stop texting him. I would’ve been better off staying with my bank then going through the unprofessional treatment from this company.

The level of service, whether we were dealing with Brittany, Jaime or John was simply outstanding - they kept us regularly updated on the progress of the financing, and the communication between their team members meant that there were no gaps in service if someone needed to step away from the file for a day or two. Brittany's willingness to be relentless in searching for the best rate resulted in significant benefit for each of our mortgages. We were very impressed with all facets of service, and we enthusiastically recommend Dominion Lending Centres Maximal Mortgages for those people searching for a mortgage broker.

John and Brittany were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They managed to get me a great rate for my new mortgage. There was no stupid question I could ask them and that made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely use them again for any other mortgages I need in future and recommend them to friends and family looking for a good broker.

He works hard to find the best possible mortgage that will save me money today and in the long run. I have full confidence he has my best interest at heart and know I’m in good hands with him. Brittany was very helpful and responsive and while there are always a lot of documents to produce with a new mortgage, she kept me on track in a way that made it all feel manageable.
