B	Bergy Berg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le plafond à été arracher il y a plusieurs mois à cause du vent. Des pigeons se sont installer dans le plafond du balcon. J'ai écrit un couriel en leur emvoyant les photo ci dessou il y a plus d'un mois pour leur dire qu'il y a des excréments partout et un pigeon mort coincer dans le bardeau. Aucune mesure n'a été prise même après leur en avoir parler 2 fois. Sans compter que je leur ai demander un moustiquaire pendant 1 ans et demi et je ne l'ai jamais eu. Il a fallu que j'en prenne un dans un logement voisin inhabité. Étrangement 2 jours après ils avait remplacer celui que j'ai pris. Et mon colocataire ma dit que le concierge est entrer dans lappartement et dans sa chambre sans cogner, pendant que je travaillait et qu'il dormait, sous prétexte qu'il y avait un odeur sur l'étage. Employer majoritairement impolie et incapable de comuniquer. Essaie daugmenter le loyer a chaque annee sans raisons. Très cher et très mauvais service à éviter. The ceiling was torn off several months ago because of the wind. Pigeons have settled in the balcony ceiling. I wrote an email sending them the photos below more than a month ago to tell them that there is feces everywhere and a dead pigeon stuck in the shingle. No action was taken even after talking to them twice. Besides I asked them for a mosquito net for 1 and a half years and I never had it. I had to take one from nearby uninhabited accommodation. Strangely 2 days after they had replaced the one I took. And my roommate told me that the concierge entered the apartment and his room without knocking while I was working and sleeping, under the pretext that there was a smell on the floor. Use mostly rude and unable to communicate. Try to increase the rent every year for no reason. Very expensive and very bad service to avoid.
k	karima EL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ne croyez pas le site et les images , un coin à éviter , plein de moisissure et des voisins anormaux et brouillant. des pinnes de lit et des moustiques ainsi que administration avec une mauvaise attitude pas de connaissance de management ni de communication , administration qui ne parle même pas Français , coin non sécurisé pas de stationnement do not believe the site and the pictures, a corner to be avoided, full of mold and abnormal and confusing neighbors. bedbugs and mosquitoes as well as administration with a bad attitude no knowledge of management or communication, administration that does not even speak French, unsecured area no parking

Leurs habitations ne sont pas sécuritaires et ils jettent vos objets personnels sans que vous ne le sachiez. Quand vous demandez des explications on vous envoie balader et on vous chasse du bureau. Mauvais service à la clientèle. Leurs habitations n’est pas sécuritaire et les bâtiments sont défectueux de l’eau coule dans le logement . Ils promettent que vous avez droit à une piscine mais qui ne fonctionne jamais . Ils augmentent les loyers sans justifier. Le porte du stationnement était tombé sur ma voiture j’ai faillis perdre ma vie et le Proprietaire n’à pas voulu m’indemniser alors que c’était la défaillance de leur système en place. Non seulement ils sont dangereux mais en plus ils sont malhonnêtes, voleurs et ne sont pas professionnels. Pire logement et pire compagnie dans tout le grand Montréal. Fuyez fuyez. If you don't want to get ripped off don't deal with these people. They are very dangerous people. Their homes are unsafe and they throw away your personal items without your knowing it. When you ask for an explanation, you are sent for a walk and you are kicked out of the office. Bad customer service. Their dwellings are not safe and the buildings are defective. Water is flowing into the dwelling. They promise you have the right to a pool but it never works. They increase rents without justifying. The door to the parking lot fell on my car I almost lost my life and the Owner refused to compensate me when it was the failure of their system in place. Not only are they dangerous, they are dishonest, thieves and unprofessional. Worst accommodation and worst company in all of greater Montreal. Run away run away.

Il monte le loyer a chaque année,mais l'appartement est sale de jours en jours. Personne pour ecouter les plaintes...Très decevant!!! In the middle of winter, the hot water is cut off. All the time there are cockroaches, bedbugs, laundry machines that don't work. The rent goes up every year, but the apartment gets dirty every day. No one to listen to complaints ... Very disappointing !!!
g	garmesha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly, before we moved here from alberta. i thought the place was decently okay. it was fine for a starter home. we moved to domaine choisy here at saint leonard, montreal. during summer time, break. a few months go by and it’s already winter.. the heater was very weak. wasn’t blowing enough hot air. we had to solve our situation by buying a heater. second. i read reviews about bedbugs but i never rly took it seriously. until I started getting bites. and only me. my room is close the neighbors. at first we could never figure out what kept biting me. we thought, allergies. until i spotted a bedbug from my bed crawling. my skin is now so so horrible. i don’t like the scabs. i know i should have not itch but it was way too many. i feel really insecure putting on short sleeves or anything showing my arm. fast forwarding to now, my mom bought me a NEW BOX. and NEW MATTRESS (5th March 2022) + we kept them in their packaging (the plastic covering). we sanitized it, we kept our CLOTHES in bags for a month. we constantly put our clothes on high in the dryer. and they came to spray our apartment ONCE after we reported it. when we really need a spray VERY OFTEN. we use bedbugs spray at the moment. but we still can’t find the issue. i hate it here. don’t come here if you really wanna lose your hard working money. it’s currently March 9 2022. I shown an image of my bites that happened last night (March 8 2022). im tired of it

The people in the building steal your package. They always fighting at night save your money go some place else. I am tripped because I am new in Montréal and they don’t want to let me out of my list unless I find someone to take over my list. Don’t come here run
