★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look no further if you are looking to buy and/or sell! Elise is the expert realtor you want in your corner! We recently sold our apartment and bought a townhouse and we are so grateful that Elise helped make the process easier. She answered all of our questions (no matter how many times we asked the same questions). When we looked at places to buy, she would point out things we wouldn't have noticed (eg. If the carpets are loose, or if the roof has recently been installed, or if the furnace needs maintenance soon, etc). She was super helpful connecting us with a mortgage broker when our option wasn't working out. She offered to bring her nanny along to help watch my daughter during our home inspection because we had no childcare that day. She even watched our buyer's daughter during our open house so the buyers could view our apartment!!! Elise has gone above and beyond our expectations for a realtor. Honestly, selling and buying is stressful and we are just so grateful to have had Elise paving the way for us! Thank you so much Elise. We are finally getting settled into our forever home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elise helped us sell our home during an epidemic....what more can I say? Under pressure and my frustration, she remained calm and collected and stayed the course. I questioned her on a few occasions but she remained professional and courteous.
I would recommend her. I think she would be fabulous for first time home buyers as well because of her calm but firm approach.

Despite selling our condo during the pandemic's busiest season, Elise always made us feel as though we were her only clients. We never felt rushed or like we were taking up too much of her time and her recommendations were really sensible; it is clear that she is a seasoned and experienced realtor.
The staging recommendations were also reasonable and made sense in our space; they did not come with additional costs and were totally achievable. As a result, our sale was incredibly fast and took virtually no effort on our part.
Overall, as first time sellers, we would absolutely 100% recommend Elise and her team!
