★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks really nice and right off the number #1 hwy via 160st. Has a private function gazebo and nice grassy area for relaxing. Many trails nearby. Frankly, Its one of only 2 campgrounds i know of in the GVRD, Plus, both(the other is WestVan under Lionsgate) with #1 hwy access for visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dogwood has an excellent location. The heated pool, main bathrooms/showers and laundry room are nice and clean. The website advertise hot tub but unfortunately is no longer working. The service manager was very helpful. The campground itself is not great, it is cluttered with old, abandoned trailers and it doesn't have a lot of trees in the trailer area. I guess it's ok if you are out and about and just need a place to stay overnight. I has potential but needs TLC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked in for a month as we had just drove out from Ontario to relocate to BC in our RV. Found the monthly price to be fair. Site was well taken care of. There was improvements going on, new shop in office area, plus a building was being renovated into new recreational area. The washroom block was tidy and clean but could do with a renovation in near future. Manager Brian was very friendly and very helpful, helped us out with a few needs that he went over and beyond his duty to do. Jesse the grounds man was pleasant and always around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to admit, we came here accidentally. There were no more available campgrounds on that weekend so we ended up staying here.
Kim is very friendly; returned my ID and credit card immediately when I left it on the counter.
I saw a lot of staff maintains the place including washrooms. However on a Saturday morning, they were pretty late cleaning it and no more toilet paper and the shower stalls are clogged.
The area is just beside the highway so it's noisy all night. I guess that is the reason why they are not strict with other kinds of noise. Residents there don't pick up after their ?.
They have an electrical outlet so we were able to use our rice cooker and charge our cell phones. They are a bit pricey however, unlimited hot showers and the use of the pool. Our campsite has its own water faucet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad campground to go too. Very nice staff, same with the new owner. Yeah your not gonna get away from drama but over all this place is pretty chill and the people there are really nice. The only things I will say that is gross here is the women's bathroom one certain days. On Fridays and Saturdays the women's bathroom really needs the cleaning those days the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is for that we have been living here for 2month and now we left. Today I want to do some urgent laundry and I thought this place can be a convenient choice. You know when you on the road!
And the front desk blond middle aged lady say she doesn’t have loonies because we don’t live here any more..
Such a mean person!! Does she fell good after she did not help another person on purpose!
I strongly recommend the management train this staff. The image of this place is suddenly get ugly to me. Not friendly!

The picture is of the butchered grass on my lot. After it was left like that for 3 days I called the office to ask when the maintenance person would be back to finish the job and was told that the staff was too busy that day and to call back the next day. That call was the same thing. The next day i went in and asked why this was an issue and was told I was welcome to sign out a mower and do it myself. I replied that I was not physically able to do so. That was a week ago. Still waiting.
Then there was the
6 days of water outage last month, all of them without any forewarning.
Overall I’m disappointed with Dogwood RV.
