★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is kind and friendly, they try to help you as much as they can. Plus, it’s a safe place (for women, LGBT or people of colour) without judgement or prejudices.
They speak several languages (english, french, spanish, etc) and they really make an effort to understand you (which in QC isn’t that usual).
