β β β β β I was overcharged 2 hours of labour as "time spent offsite cleaning tools" so they billed me 3.5 hours of labour for unplugging a bath tub. Not only they would not reply to my request to explain, once finally replied their manager was rude and without manners. I can only only say, I would not recommend their services at all!.

Also there "after hours" service had no access to the supplies or equipment required to actually help
They setup no temporary measures, removed broken equipment with no repair/replacement ETA for over a month, but left us without the option to go somewhere else
