In moving to Alberta, we had DJ conduct an inspection on our first house, and we were so impressed by his work, that we kept him on retainer to inspect the other 2 properties that we purchased thereafter. When DJ inspects a house, not only does he takes clear photos, he pairs them with diagrams for deep understanding in addition to reviewing them figure by figure with the customer to provide suggestions and further insight. We highly reccommend this service as it is incredibly detailed and well thought out, and done at a very reasonable price point. You'll save so much money in the long run by identifying problem areas for improvement and suggesting necessary changes/fixes for having a well-kept home at the top of it's value.

He found things that required immediate attention as well as long term concerns where we should be proactive to minimize future problems and costs. The detail report also includes many photos and diagrams about potential issues with regards to the house that we can reference. I did really appreciate the thermal images which show us areas where we need to address heat loss.
