★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been in my bran new home for 1 1/2 years. The carpet was from divine hardwood floors and carpet. The carpet is so worn out already. Took 2 months to get a hold of someone in their warranty department. Wasted my time by sending a carpet inspector out to my house. Who agreed that the carpet does not look how it should. Now I've been waiting 2 months to get an answer on the inspection. I've send countless emails to get a response and I've herd nothing helpful back. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, they waste your time and you won't be happy with the end result!!
