★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop, very attractive to go into. The lady that helped me out was very nice and helpful. I was excited to learn more about their gems but when talking to the man behind the counter he was very condescending and rude. He implied that certain people just dont get along naturally and went on to laugh at my questions. It was a very bizarre and random experience and if it wasnt for him I would have bought some gems. I wont be going there again because of him. I hope he can learn better customer service.

The price and service all were great. We ended up having some great gem pieces! Thanks for your wonderful shop!

I ordered a raw piece of Fluorite and a Lepidolite Mica chunk. Wow. I am in love.
I live 45 minutes from Toronto, my items came well packaged and super fast from British Columbia. Breathtaking purple stones- they shifted my energy instantly. I cant wait to see what new items Divine Gem brings in. Super reasonable prices for top quality pieces that will end up being your favourite in your crystal collection :)

The couple that runs it are some of the kindest, most helpful and generous people I have ever met. Their selection of crystals is unique, rare, and the prices are phenomenal. There are constantly new products being added, including beautiful handmade jewelry, and the energy in their shop is amazing. This business is run with love and good vibes, there's no question about it. :)

For covid they are by appointment and it was lovely to have the one on one service.

The packaging of our product was all custom made to ensure it's safety and presentation ready. The paperwork was perfect. A very smooth transaction. To top it all off, they delivered the package out to our car with a silk scarf on top of it! Exceeded our expectations in ways we didn't even think of. Thank you very much!!
