Original post "The overflow bus on 4a is horrible. They always know there are people going to be waiting in the cold. Yet they never send the overflow, its always 20 mins after the original bus. We are always late to work."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone line seems to be broken "Press 0 to speak to a live agent" When you press 0 it sounds like someone picks up then hangs up then it asks you to record a message at the tone ?
However they do have a very responsive facebook page that answers within minutes and are very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like waiting in -40 degrees for a bus that shows up 20 minutes late, this is the company for you. I go into Syncrude every day not knowing if I’m going to make it home without frostbite waiting for the bus. I never wore my seatbelt while riding because I wanted to die before ever having to ride with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to get to and from work. Some buses are hit and miss. Never had an issue with their drivers though. They seem punctual as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I had an emergency and needed to get to town from camp asap.I needed help getting to town from syncrude. First Lady that answered hung up on me, the second employee didn’t know what he was talking about. I then spoke to the rudest customer service representative. She was rude to me because I simply asked if I could get a bus from beaver lounge to fort McMurray. Mind you this was important. I had no solution to my problem. They made it seem like it was an inconvenience, simply asking for a bus schedule.

if you actually get to talk to someone , they're very helpful.
website + app are fairly easy to use
bus drivers are generally friendly. i have witnessed in person a couple of rude ones who demand you ring the bell to stop the bus while the other 9/10 stop at every stop even if briefly
