โ โ โ โ โ Just moved into a District Realty unit, and everything has gone very smoothly and professionally. Everyone I have dealt with - John, Shelby and Ryan - has been excellent. John is always accessible by phone, and knows everything. Shelby turns paperwork and emails around right away. And Ryan did an awesome job getting the unit cleaned up for move in, especially given the short notice. It has been a massive relief to have everything go so well - in comparison, the local slumlords and kijiji people were a complete nightmare.

โ โ โ โ โ I've lived with District for over a year and a half and I have never had a problem with management. Notices for fire tests and maintenance were always delivered in a timely manner. Whenever we needed help with maintenance (which was not often), they were always on top of everything. Lobbies are always kept clean, staff is extremely friendly especially their leasing agent, Shelby. She was an absolute gem with helping our move-in process and move-out process.

โ โ โ โ โ I moved into one of their โluxuryโ apartment buildings. It is a new build. Within a month or so of living here, weโve had multiple problems including lack of heat, toilet clogging and tub backing up. It is disgusting and unsanitary to say the least. Itโs been 6 months and they STILL have not fixed the main problem.
They refuse to allow me to talk to management. I am not happy with them at all. Cheap build and problems galore. Watch out.

โ โ โ โ โ I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that the agents of District Realty have shown in helping me find a new apartment. John, Itza and Nicole in particular were fantastic and went to extra effort to show me the various properties owned by District Realty. The buildings themselves all appear to be well kept and reasonably priced given the many amenities offered. I am very excited to move into my new District Realty building soon!

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly I had a great time living at my rental apartment. It was an older building so bad many quirks but anything that could be feasibly done by the management group was done quickly and professionally.
Especial shoutout to my landlord John who was incredible throughout my stay here and was always extremely quick and helpful and fixing whatever issues I had. If you're staying with district realty and John is your landlord then you know you're in good hands.

After having a terrible experience, District Realty helped set me up quickly with an apartment that fit all my needs. They gave me personalized attention when I was in a tricky spot, and have been incredibly responsive to my every small request.
Superintendent John has been a particular joy to interact with! My building is safe, the neighbours come vetted, and I can tell the employees at District Realty take pride in their work. It definitely makes the difference.
