Je ne peux pas croire qu'il va être encore en affaire longtemps. I buy a new tractor. a	abel lochard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cela fait 5 ans que je suis chez payeur ascot.la semaine derniere j'ai demandé un transport de chez moi au garage.ils m'ont menti quand au prix de transport,et quand on charge 90$ de l'heure on s'attend a un bien meilleur service,ou alors ils n'on pas choisi le bon mécano.très insatisfait,et je pense fortement revendre mon kioti pour aller vers une autre marque I have been with ascot for 5 years. last week I asked for a transport from my home to the garage. they lied to me about the price of transport, and when we charge $ 90 an hour we are expects a much better service, or else they did not choose the right mechanic. very dissatisfied, and I strongly think of reselling my kioti to go to another brand

Je ne doute pas de la qualité des produits que j’ai achetés, mais depuis la livraison j’ai eu beaucoup de problèmes. Le tracteur et les équipements achetés semblent avoir été assemblés par un technicien ayant des compétences très limitées. Le tracteur a été livré avec un pneu qui dégonflait, les pneus avant qui frottaient sur le châssis lors des virages et j'en passe. Il a aussi été livré avec des niveaux d’huile dangereusement bas au point que même le mécanicien qui s’est déplacé, pour un autre problème, n’en revenait pas. Les appareils achetés étaient mal ajustés et n’étaient pas prêts à travailler, voir même dangereux (winch avec clutch non fonctionnelle et tôle d’accès empêchant le cylindre de télécommande de bien travailler). Le gérant des services est très arrogant, tout semble toujours être ma faute (je ne connais rien, c’est normal que ça ne marche pas). J’envisage mal les 5 années de garantie qu’il me reste et j’ai perdu toute confiance en ce concessionnaire. Tout le temps perdu à amener et ramener des équipements défectueux. Je trouve ça très dommage et je doute fortement que ça corresponde aux valeurs de l’entreprise. Reading the other reviews makes me feel like I was unlucky. I don't doubt the quality of the products I bought, but since the delivery I had a lot of problems. The purchased tractor and equipment appear to have been assembled by a technician with very limited skills. The tractor was delivered with a deflating tire, the front tires rubbing on the chassis when cornering and so on. It was also delivered with dangerously low oil levels to the point that even the mechanic who came for another problem couldn't believe it. The devices purchased were poorly adjusted and were not ready to work, even dangerous (winch with non-functional clutch and access plate preventing the remote control cylinder from working properly). The service manager is very arrogant, everything always seems to be my fault (I don't know anything, it's normal that it doesn't work). I can't imagine the 5 years of warranty I have left and I have lost all confidence in this dealer. All the time wasted bringing in and returning defective equipment. I find it very unfortunate and I strongly doubt that it corresponds to the values of the company.
