★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjour je suis un fumeur de cigares majorette environ 150 cigares par semaines,et depuis quelques temps j'ai trouvé beaucoup de difficultés à les ouvrir je les prend toujours au même dépanneur et ils proviennent surement du même lot,mais quand on vient pour enlever le scellés soit il casse ou soit il ne se déchire pas correctement cela fait que des fois le cigare se casse ou on doit se battre avec pour le défaire cela est très frustrant au prix qu il nous coûte.J'en ai perdu environ une dizaine de boite en tout depuis que je fume cette marque.
De plus je suggère que le timbre soit placé à l'autre extrémité de la boîte ce qui faciliterais la tâche lors de l'ouverture parce qu 'une fois qu 'on enlève le timbre on se retrouve avec les deux extrémités ouverte ce qui fait que des fois on prend la boite on vient pour sortir un cigare et toute s'ouvre en même temps, moi ce que je fait à l'achat j'ouvre la boîte par l'extrémité non scellés je sors touts les cigares et je les remets dans l'emballage sens contraire de ce qu'ils étaient comme ça je me retrouve toujours avec un coté qui est timbrés et solide à l'usage,et ça évite les pertes.

Hello I am a majorette cigar smoker about 150 cigars per week, and for some time I have found it very difficult to open them I always take them from the same convenience store and they probably come from the same batch, but when you come to remove the sealed either it breaks or either it does not tear properly that sometimes causes the cigar to break or we have to fight with it to undo it this is very frustrating at the price it costs us. I lost about ten of them limp in everything since I smoke this brand.
In addition I suggest that the stamp be placed at the other end of the box which would facilitate the task when opening because once you remove the stamp you end up with both ends open so that sometimes we take the box we come to take out a cigar and everything opens at the same time, what I do for the purchase I open the box by the unsealed end I take out all the cigars and I put them back in the packaging the opposite direction of what they were like that I always end up with a side which is stamped and solid in use, and that avoids the losses.
