β β β β β Iβve been a contractor in Vancouver for 11 years. Disposal King has always given me fast and responsive service at competitive rates. Alisha the dispatcher is on the ball and can always answer my questions. The drivers are careful to protect surfaces when dropping the bins. Iβve never been given a reason to go anywhere else for disposal service!

They're great to work with, very responsive and have been able to deliver bins for us quickly with short notice at times. We have used other bin companies in the past but the customer service and reliability has been an issue. I highly recommend Disposal King for all your bin and disposal needs!

β β β β β I got a bin for debris removal. Correspondences over the phone were quick, efficient, informative, and helpful. They are very responsive which I thought was a big plus. When picking up and dropping off they were respectful and took the time to explain how to use the bin, how much space was needed, etc. Price is competitive and reasonable. Would absolutely recommend.

β β β β β Received a marketing email from this company, clicked the number on the flyer to call, got some random dude who said I had the wrong number. (I explained that his number was on the marketing email) Google the business, got a different number. I was trying to be polite and inform them the wrong number was on the ad, but for some reason communicating with them was next to impossible. They argued that the phone number is the right number- the guy even asked me to stop yelling at him at one point ( i didnt even have a raised voice). Not sure what on earth is going on here, but I definetly won't be using this company based on their inability to commincate effectively, have the correct phone numbers, and the marketing emails I never signed up for.

β β β β β The driver of one of the disposal king trucks darted into the merge lane because he didn't want anyone getting in front of him very childish it was bumper to bumper traffic. Very erratic driving no care for safety of others on the road very unprofessional lots of road rage. Wish I had my dash cam on to take the plate number. We were driving across queens Burrough bridge into New westminster/burnaby 2:20pm April 21st 2022.
Maybe other drivers are professional but this one wasn't by far.
Trucks should have GPS tracking for this sort of stuff.
