★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Failed to submit claims; had to call in to confirm and they missed an insurance deadline. Also failed to have product on hand that I had requested for the appointment to begin with. The technician prior to the optometrist had significant attitude when administering her exams. Actual experience with optometrist was positive, but not much else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience EVER! They treat you like cattle and do not explain what they are testing for and I only wanted a test for one thing.
The Technician for Visual Fields is unexperienced and does not understand what she is testing for according to my Doctor. They overcharged me as a Senior I should have had a discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Nathan was great! He was very easy going and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Kelowna. We were selling from out of town and he kept us up to date on what was happening. Our place was a strata condo that had renters and he was able to coordinate with the rental manager through the strata management company to setup viewings. He took care of all the details we could not with being out of town.
