★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received excellent customer service here. The staffs know what they are doing and I did not have to wait for long to get my kitchen designed (20 minutes). The staffs are professional and helpful. As long as you bring sufficient information about your kitchen, you will get satisfactory result. I highly recommend this place for discount cabinets with good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was excellent and prices are great for good quality cabinets. We dealt with Grace and she was very helpful, friendly and professional throughout the entire design and kitchen planning process. The installation team was amazing as well. They worked very hard and the cabinets were installed perfectly with no flaws. They also built me a custom island which I am very happy with. Also once the cabinets were ordered, the wait was less than 10 days. I would definitely recommend DVK for your future dream kitchen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM DVK
This is our second time getting new kitchen cabinets and counter tops from DVK. We had a fairly good experience during our first reno about 5 years ago but this time Maggie helped us and it was a DISASTER.
List of issues:
- dates for installation changes constantly
- the delivered package had the wrong cabinets, my husband had to drive back to switch it for the correct one
- we told DVK we have concrete walls and that the installer would need the right tools. They arrived and of course didn't have the tools. My husband had to get tools to help. Pretty much installed it ourselves
- after installation we noticed the panel/gable was missing. We called and they said its not included when the drawings we provided to them clearly states there is a 1 inch panel/gable.
- counter top installer damaged our drywall during installation, requires much more than just paint touch up
Maggie added additional charges that were already included in the original quote and did not want to address the damaged dry wall. We refused and only paid the original quote as we felt we should have received a price reduction if anything. Maggie was very unprofessional and rude, after she received the final payment from us she told us not to come back. I have never experienced anything like this as a customer.
You have been warned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the kitchen cabinets June 2016. One of the cabinet doors developed a crack, brought it in for a warranty claim, but when they inspected it they ended up breaking the door in half! They refused to honor their own warranty, Buyer Beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose DVK after visiting 4 or 5 different cabinet suppliers. Melody was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable and professional. Melody knew exactly which cabints i needed to fit in the space i was working with.
She helped us not only with the right choice of cabinets for our needs but also with countertops and sink options as well as bathroom vanities. Her fast resonse to my calls and text messages was very appreciated as was her paience with all of my billion questions ?.
The cabinets and countertops were ready exactly as promised and the installation was fast and professional. My kitchen is beautiful !! Thank you Melody ! I will absolutely recommend DVK to everone i know.

After dealing a good price the measurements and installation was an excellent experience. They came in time, all measurements were right, joints and cut outs are accurate and nice. They fixed a small misunderstanding same day. I have a good experience with they job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a terrible company. I approached them because I heard they had good prices. I regret it very much. I should have used my regular guy. They sold a galley kitchen setup. On delivery day, I was told they would deliver at 10 am. At 2 pm, I was still waiting. No even called to let me know. Their installation guy was very unprofessional. He did not even know that he need to cut a hole for the vent at the range hood. Also, when he installed the cabinets, there were spaces between the wall and cabinet that he did not fill. He then left all the boxes at my place. It turns out that he did not have a few doors and a few pieces. A few weeks later, no door still. I feel like I was mislead to believe they could deliver this kitchen. My renovation is now on hold because of this kitchen. They are very hard to understand. It is has been very stressful. Do not even come close to this company. Save yourself the stress. Go elsewhere.
