 What an amazing experience to rent a car, especially the famous Yanis (customer service agent). A golden person who loves what he does and provides great service. Frankly, I strongly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service à la clientèle de location d’auto à cet succursale. Le AC de mon véhicule est défectueux et refuse de changer mon véhicule. Attitude bête et arrogant va travailler au dollorama si tu n’est pas compétent.
Worst car rental customer service at this location. The AC of my vehicle is defective and refuses to change my vehicle. Silly and arrogant attitude will work in dollorama if you are not proficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service très efficace, le véhicule était facile à conduire. Cependant, il y avait des déchets c sous les bancs à la prise de possession ce qui me fait douter du ménage effectué entre les locations. Le retour se fait très rapidement et le service à la clientèle est impeccable.
Very efficient service, the vehicle was easy to drive. However, there was some waste under the benches when taking possession, which makes me doubt the cleaning carried out between rentals. The return is done very quickly and the customer service is impeccable.
