★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure why i got atitude when i told them thats the wrong part, then when he found the parts he wanted more than i could buy a new one for. Maybe he thought i didnt know new price, so i offered half of new price, because it was in poor condition. He slamed the door in my face. Went to another wrecker just down the street and got it for half of what i offered discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a part on Thursday and was told it would be in for sure the next day. Saturday morning I went to pick it up and low and behold the part wasn't there. Not super impressed as I came from out of town. Now I have to wait till Monday when I could have had my car fixed over the weekend.
Don't get me wrong, the part I ordered is substantially cheaper than anywhere else but I should have been informed that it may take a few extra days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, coz my part was really cheap. They did not bother to get it for me. They stated it would take 2-3 business days for them to take it our their stock. It was small part not that expensive. Guess they only spent time for high end goods.
The rep over there- i tell ya....he clearly showed no interest to help out and said its not worth the deal to go in the cold...
If you dont want to do business. By all means-shut your store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super quick to share the good news that my part is in stock and the only one around this area. Surprised that it had a lower cost than I expected and they are holding on to it for me... didn't even have to ask them for this favor during my follow up phone call.
Super easy to deal with, pleasant over the phone and minimal automated robo voices telling you what I don't even need to hear... Thank you for this as well!
