★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait à peu près toutes les boutiques de quartz sur la rive-nord de Laval pour l'achat de plusieurs comptoirs de cuisine et, déprimés par les soumissions, avons finalement arrêté chez Dioptase.
Sur le coup, la boutique était plutôt simple - pas de grandes salles de montre comme les grands magasins à prix exorbitants, ni fioritures. Ils nous ont offert une soumission à un prix exceptionnel et avons décidé de procéder.
Finalement, nous avons eu droit à un service professionnel et d'une rapidité incroyable (commandé le lendemain - installé la semaine d'après, malgré le temps des fêtes!). Comptoirs finalement non disponibles - aucun problème: remplacé sans soucis par une compagnie similaire. Installation irréprochable par Hamza et Jamal - la cuisine était propre, et bien assemblée.
Sans aucun doute, nous y retournerons pour les comptoirs de salle de bain
We did just about all the quartz shops on the north shore of Laval for the purchase of several kitchen counters and, depressed by the quotes, finally stopped at Dioptase.
At the time, the store was pretty straightforward - no big showrooms like exorbitantly priced department stores, or frills. They offered us a quote at a great price and decided to proceed.
Finally, we were treated to professional and incredibly fast service (ordered the next day - installed the following week, despite the holiday season!). Counters ultimately not available - no problem: replaced without worry by a similar company. Flawless installation by Hamza and Jamal - the kitchen was clean, and well put together.
Without a doubt, we will be going back for the bathroom counters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vous chercher un bon service après vente? Ne faite surtout pas affaire avec Dioptase. J’ai acheté un comptoir de quartz et installation en janvier 2021 et en mars 2022 le joint entre deux morceaux à craqué. J’ai appelé pour réparation du joint ou savoir quoi faire moi même, et on m’a répondu: c’est pas garantie car ça fait plus de 18 mois??? Ça fait juste 14 mois!!! On m’a dit à deux reprises, on parle au propriétaire il vous rappelle… jamais reçu d’appel.
Should you seek good after-sale service? Above all, do not do business with Dioptase. I bought a quartz counter and installation in January 2021 and in March 2022 the joint between two cracked pieces. I called for repair of the seal or to know what to do myself, and I was told: it is not guaranteed because it has been over 18 months??? It's only been 14 months!!! I was told twice, we speak to the owner he calls you back… never received a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man, what to say... got qubefore Io I went to Dioptase, I got quoted for the top part of my kitchen island..80% of the price I paid for my WHOLE kitchen with Dioptase....and they came in...in no time they did the whole kitchen plus the undermount sink...amazing guys, thanks for a 5 stars job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fell upon this place because I was looking for someone to discuss my projection and was opened Sundays, he was there to answer my questions and show me his samples. Rami was such a good person that I decided to start the process right then and there. I was very impressed with his perfessionalism and time delay. I did the contract , took the measurements and had the installation done in under 2 weeks. The installers were also very curteous and patient, I saw that they took their proper time. Even thought they had rebuffer a little joint, they came again a week later after I had finished paid them and did the job I asked. I would highly recommend this place, give them a try and you won't be disappointed.
