★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Andrianakos answered really fast and helped us to find a condo in 2018,for us. Sometimes he went to pick up my wife to see some condos, because I didn't have the time to do it because I was working. In 2021 he helped us again, but this time to sell it. Very professional and friendly, ready to talk about business and have a good laugh at the same time. I highly recommend him.

When needing help "during the pandemic and lockdowns (of which there were many) - was always there to help in getting the right people in to get the right things done. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a hunting journey with Jimmy during summer 2021; looking to buy a particular condo in a specific area in Montreal. It was a tough time for buyers as at some point we had to compete with 10 other potential buyers! Our journey was full of hope, disappointment and of course a successful conclusion. Jimmy is a professional broker with strong negotiation skill and some Mediterranean taste to it. He stays on his client side no matter what the consequences are. He looks at his work as a long-term business so he takes good care of his clients. He is always accessible and acts quickly. I actually got my condo which we visited on Sunday 10 AM! By Monday afternoon, our offer was accepted. I know “you snooze, you lose”. He stays with me until the very end and he was the only one in the process who I did not need to send him for negotiation. He was always one-step ahead of me, and he brought me some information that normally buyers do not have access to, with 98% accuracy. If I were looking to buy another place, I would certainly go with him again. If you have any question in mind, you should give him a call, he is fun to chat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dimitri is like a bridge towards our dream home. We all know the hype that is going on in the real estate industry and Dimitri did not give up on us and gave his best for us to find a home. He is patient, easy to talk to, and gives advice about buying a property. Buying a property in the middle of a pandemic is extremely difficult. Our family thought that buying our dream home is already a hopeless case, but Dimitri became the light and made the impossible possible. If there’s an infinity star rate, i’ll probably give that to him and I 100% recommend him to be your agent if you are looking for a house. Now, we can celebrate holidays with my family in our dream home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dimitrios made the selling of my house easy. First ,when we set a time to discuss he is there or calls when he says he will. My parents lived in the house and he took the time to discuss the sale and made them feel at ease. The sale was a long distance sale since I live in another province, we agreed on a game plan and he followed through. I interviewed another agent and it seamed like he had limited time to place on the sale. I appreciate service and that is what I received with Dimitrios. The sale was quick and seamless.
