★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired this company to install 3 vanities, 2 toilets and 3 faucets. Paul Diguer and another guy showed up half hour late. I called him to ask if he was still coming and he said he just pulled into my driveway. He then proceeded to sit in his truck for another 10 minutes. I went out to see if he was coming in to start the job (as I had meetings I needed to be on) and he then said that he was busy and on a call. I was really taken back by how abrasive he was and how unprofessional he came across. He said "Whats the big deal as everyone is working from home these days and the time should not matter to you", I was absolutely shocked at how rude this guy was. He came into the house, looked at the job but then said he had a flood at his house and left! I cannot tell you shocked I was by the poor customer service and how disrespectful this guy was. He SHOULD NOT be in business. Needless to say the job was not done. I waited 2 weeks for this guy to come her. How sad that people like this own a business. I am shocked that there are actually good reviews! Be very wary of hiring this guy! Thx for reading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a major blockage in the drain pipe. Paul Diguer and his assistant Adam were tenacious in identifying the cause. It was stressful when it affected the basement sewer tub for the laundry tub and kitchen sink. The competence, honesty and terrific communication made a tough situation less stressful. They realized the urgency and returned on a number of occasions to make sure the issue was resolved. I would recommend them very highly and without hesitation use them again! Thanks for the top notch service guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Diguer Plumbing to anyone (In fact I have already referred to 3 friends who were also super happy) I was redoing a basement bathroom and hired him to do the plumbing portion. This involved drilling into the concrete floor to reroute and install a new toilet and shower. Paul was very personable and professional. He always explained what he was doing and checked in all along to make sure that I was happy with what he was doing. He was flexible in working with my schedule, and was so accommodating in making this project work out. He answered any questions I had even outside of his "work time" here. I am super impressed with him. He definitely loves what he does and is invested in doing good work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second time having Paul do a repair for us and we are very grateful for his service.
He had previously repaired a cracked pipe in our basement and he and his assistant were so kind and professional (and tidy) that we felt confident calling him again when our kitchen sink fell out (just before Thanksgiving weekend of all times).
He was very responsive to our messages and was able to come in on short notice. Not only is our sink back where it belongs with no further issues but he made it possible for us to have our Thanksgiving dinner this year.
Would absolutely call him again though hopefully we won't have to anytime soon. Thanks again Paul :)
