★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False Advertising! I received and email with a promotional order for $5.00 digitizing. The special states: Special Offer For First Order!! - Any cap of chest logo digitized for $5.00 (regardless of the stitch count). So I sent my logo and was told by Ethan (Marketing Executive) that my logo is too complex. He states the offer mentions on the website that *conditions applied. But nowhere on the website does it say what those conditions are. Call me crazy, but when you say - regardless of the stitch count - that means any logo can be done for $5.00! After much back and forth with Ethan about what the conditions are, he finally tells me in all capital letters - "WE HAVE RIGHTS TO ACCEPT THE LOGO ON SPECIAL OFFER OR NOT". Will never be using this company with that type of customer service and false advertising!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They call WAY TOO MUCH and are extremely pushy about getting your work. I appreciate the help but my coworkers as well as myself are so tired of all the calls every day. We always say we will get them the work when we need the help.
They get the job done and as far as I can see it turns out pretty good but if they keep calling us and bothering us for work we will probably go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Designs were completed quickly, accurately, and without error. I needed to respond with samples in a rush. I was able to do so and that made my customers happy. I hope to be able to find many more customers now that Ronnie will be quick to respond. .

We just email logos and within the day we get our logo back just like we asked. if there are details that need to be changed they gladly make the adjustments. I look forward to continuing to do business with Digit Emb!
