He refuses to get patients who previously saw someone else, but if the previous doctor did not help, why not to see the patient who is suffering and is in pain? The secretary was tremendously rude...how can such people work in health care at all?!

I’ve had this procedure before at a different location in the past and it was a tiny bit traumatizing so I was nervous for today. I let the staff know about my issues. The nurses explained everything along the way and the doc was very thorough in the beginning, during and after the procedure. They took good care of me. I highly recommend this place for gastroscope.
E	Elena Si on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don't know why all the negative reviews. I had gastro and colonoscopy in this clinic and can say that all the staff is amazing. The receptionist was very kind, when I asked her to check how long should I wait, she immediately went to confirm it with the nurses. The nurses are so nice and caring, I can't say anything but good. I was pretty nervous because of the anesthesia and they explained to me all the pros and cons of having the procedure under sedation. The anesthetist was very nice and kind, knowing that I was worried about being under sedation, he said that he is here to make sure I'll be okay. He even called me the next day to make sure that I'm fine! Dr. Melamedov is a very good specialist, he explains what he is going to do. I have to mention that I didn't feel any discomfort or pain after both procedures, a bit of dizziness because of sedation. I highly recommend this clinic.

Everone was very attentive, wanting to assure I was comfortable physically and mentally. Professional, organized and attentive. This is THE ONLY clinic I would return to in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone.
J	Jenn Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surgery went extremely well. My main surgeon/doctor Mr. Ou was great. HOWEVER, 1. Rude receptionist that treats you like your invisible 2. The anesthesiologist asked me some health questions prior to my surgery (like if I smoked). I ended up getting a 15 minute lecture of my personal choices as if I was seeing a counselor. Health related questions/surgery questions are fine, but she was imposing her ideals and passing judgement. Made me extremely uncomfortable.

The nurses were fantastic and so caring especially Rhiccha and Amanda absolutely top notch and seems like they hold that place together well. Very organized and efficient and made me feel so comfortable in a not so comfortable state of mind. Doctors were fantastic and had the best 10 minute sleep of my life! Not sure of the doctors name but he made sure I didn’t feel a thing. I was so nervous especially reading the reviews but trust me your in good hands. Especially if you have the pleasure of having the nurses I had. Will definitely refer family and friends to this clinic

This was my 3rd procedure completed in the past 10 years and all instances were done extremely well. From the initial walk-in, I was greeted with pleasant staff followed by very thorough professionals in the prep room and procedure room. The nurses, doctors, receptionist and even head of the department were above and beyond friendly and supportive. A definite A+ experience and will be back again many times again.
