★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service prior to and during the job! There are numerous issues that I was not satisfied with post pouring of the pad and retention wall. Frank was quick to return my call and visit the location to try to rectify the issues. After the 1st attempt to correct 1 of the numerous issues I was not satisfied again and decided to leave the sub satisfactory job as is. I’m not one to write a review nor do I have the time to do this but I felt it was only fair to someone looking to get a job done to have a heads up of my situation.
1) cement patio pad was supposed to be sloped away from my house and it was not.
2) the cement was poured hours prior to a rainfall warning
3) retention wall had an uneven surface after the first attempt. The second attempt yielded a worse outcome.
4) numerous sweep marks, rock holes and even a footprint on my deck slab.
5) lines cut in the concrete slab to prevent stress cracks were crooked and had double cuts.
I’ve had cement done a few times by different contractors and have never had someone had to return to fix poor quality work.
The proof is at my house and anyone wanting to have a good laugh is more than welcome to stop by and see what I have to look at everyday.
