★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dickner Rivière du loup, dont l'employé se nommant Claudine, ma confirmé en 2 fois quils avaient en main une sableuse et que les frais était bien de 44$ + taxes et que je devais lui donné le numero de ma carte de credit car elle me disais quelle avait des doute que on revienne pas lui porter même avec tout mes coordonnées.....
Alors jai envoyé une personne pour aller le chercher car elle disait qu'a partir de
4 1/2 pm il ne louait plus. Et que j'habite a 1/2 heure de là. Cette personne lui a payé les frais sur place . Mais cest pas tout. Quand jai vu cette facture les frais n'était plus du tout les même. En 10 minutes le montant avec taxe est passé de 50.60$ a 60$ cest pas tout
Quelle que heures apres quil est reçu leur machine , Madame Claudine ma telephoné pour prendre le paiement sur ma carte de credit alors que le paiement avait ete fait en argent sur place par la personne qui a ete le chercher .
Une horrible experience.
Dickner Rivière du Loup, whose employee named Claudine, confirmed to me twice that they had a sandblasting machine in hand and that the fees were $ 44 + taxes and that I had to give her my credit card number because she told me she had doubts that we will not come back to bring him even with all my coordinates .....
So I sent a person to pick it up cause she said that from
4 1/2 pm he was no longer renting. And that I live half an hour away. This person paid him the costs on the spot. But that's not all. When I saw this invoice the charges were not at all the same. In 10 minutes, the amount with tax went from $ 50.60 to $ 60, that's not all
No matter what hours after they received their machine, Madame Claudine called me to take payment on my credit card while the payment had been made in cash on the spot by the person who picked it up.
A horrible experience.
