This Printer is a FRAUD! LIAR! THEIF! and LAZY! I recommend you RUN! worst experience ever! extremely unhappy with his work, he doesn't keep his word or keep any deadlines, work is sloppy, he did not want to give refund on things he did not finish!

I did a little touch up in the dryer set to cold air with a softener sheet and the shirts look just like they did before the wash, no cracking. Will recommend!

The accuracy of their prints look like they're screen-printed, but they've got a huge range of color that you can't get in screen-printing, so you get the best of both worlds! Great work guys, will definitely order another time.

From personal experience I would not recommend using Ali and Diamond. They cant follow instructions or timelines. The quality of their work is poor. They lie about what they have done or will do. They are very unorganized. They didn't finish the work, they didn't order the product, they damaged tracksuits, they did a horrible job on hats and then in the end try and put the blame on you and make it seem like it was your fault.

Further to my previous post/review, not only did he do a terrible job, ruined my jackets and hats, lost some of my items and was completely and utterly confused and unreasonable but I now found out by a credible company that he didn't use the proper stretchy ink printing on the jackets and that's why they are all cracking. Now I'm out all the money I paid him + I have to buy new tracksuits and have them re done and customers are unsatisifed.

I can only believe that the good reviews are his friends and sadly, in order to write this I am forced to give one star. I went to Diamond for the beginning of a product launch that the opening order was starting just under $10k. They made big promises and had good communication until they had a $5k deposit in their hands. Then it was crickets. They didn't reply to emails, texts and missed deadlines and scheduled appointments. After two weeks of this I made a claim through visa to reverse the charge (thankfully I used a Visa). After several messages, he finally replied and then met me with two mediocre samples but assured me that this was just to show placement of the print. Then he dropped out again. Weeks passed without response to all forms of communication, and I finally left a message telling him that I had reversed the charge. Still no response. I called again two days later and he told me that he was "too shocked" to reply. He claimed that he had printed half of the t-shirts. I told him that I would buy whatever he had, as I am now missing the summer, the prime t-shirt-selling time. He said he would have the entire order in two days. I never heard from him again and the 6 weeks it took to have this matter resolved with Visa has finally just passed, altogether taking 12 weeks to resolve this fraud. BEWARE of this company. There are many others out there. Take the reviews seriously.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ali is an extremely dishonest person. I paid him a 50% deposit for custom embroidered hats. After many weeks of waiting I finally got a proof of an embroidered cap. Not only were the colours incorrect, the quality of the job was horrible. I called him on many occasions and emailed and finally he agreed (after countless excuses) to produce another proof. Well that day never came. After waiting nearly three weeks I had enough and asked for my deposit back. He said no problem that he would refund me the money. Days turned into weeks and I never received any money back. I called many times and he didn't have the balls to pickup the phone or return my call. It's sad that this person (I use that term loosely) Ali actually makes a living off of deceiving people. In closing, don't bother with this a**hole, there's plenty of other silkscreening & embroidery places in the city run by honest individuals that would love your business.

After reading the other reviews, I was definitely on guard. Truth is that everyone in this business seemed to have a lot of bad reviews. Not saying others didn't have a bad experience but my experience with Ali was nothing less than professional. I got to see the quality of the T shirts when being screen and was really taken back by some really great quality embroider shirts he did as it was getting boxed for another customer. Dead on quality embroidering. In fact we gave him a ridiculous dead line for a sponsorship meeting and he delivered. Ali also provided a lot of advice and guidance on our design and what would work best with the machines. He does know his work for sure. Ali is now our go to guy for company swag. Everyone can drop the ball on a customer once in a while. As of this time Ali and his team seemed to have picked it up and are running with it. I don't give anyone but my Mom 5 stars so you know lol That Doyle Longevity logo is done by Ali just in time for James to interview Mr Andretti. Thanks Ali
