I parked in a diamond parking lot. I proceeded to pay but their computer froze however, the balance due said $0. I tried to call the number on the wall but it was an automated service. My credit card app said the charge went through. Everything showed I paid but I got a $120 ticket for an unpaid stall. I have photographic prrof that the computer said $0 owing and that the credit card charge went through. I spoke to 2 people at Diamond parking who said that the ticket stands. Not my fault their machine broke.

The WORST parking company with worst customer service. I will never park at their any parking lot in future, had really bad experience with their unfair parking fine after I have paid full day parking. I don’t think they can survive with such mentality of business model.

Reference # 11348660 I parked at 821 Denman Street last night at 7:05 pm , I looked for the pay parking to pay with my app and couldn’t find it and there was no one around, went inside to ask for the pay parking they told me it’s at the corner, I went back to pay for the parking and saw ticket β€œFailure to Pay” on my window at 7:11pm! $80 ticket for 6 minutes delay in making the payment? I was froze seeing it! I looked around to find the person but no one was there, was he hiddenly waiting to give ticket? I don’t think this is the fair way of giving ticket to people, I’m a responsible person and always pay. Recommend you to write the note or sign clearly to locate the pay parking area instead of giving unfair tickets.

These company don't even deserve 1 star. I don't how these company exists. They should go bankrupt because they do unethical business and scamming general public. i have the proof of video evidence that their pay meter was not working, instead of accepting their fault they blame customer by not paying thru mobile. Somone mobile can be dead or not knowledgeable going online but these company don't admit their own fault. I will never go any business or do any business if they hire Diamond. I also want to say people who working for these company u also part of their sins by doing same as company. I pray God Their karma get around as soon as possible. Parking reference # 11393716. Already contact appeal no use. now filling complaint BBB, Property Management and Media for their actions

This company exists to make everyone miserable. Their favourite pastime is to issue parking tickets for "leaving the lot" to people who have done no such thing. I'm pretty sure all of their staff are blind or hallucinating because they clearly can't see people stay on the lot.

Disgusting. Richmond lot, near Pajos Garry Point Steveston, terrible signage, had no clue this was owned by them. But if a blue P posted behind the pedestrian walk sign is worthy of enough notice... Sad thing is, I forwarded a check for more than what was owed parking there after my parking ticket, and I enclosed a letter on how to make improvements, and wouldn't you know, new signage. And just out of view of the photo I sent them, asking them why there isn't proper signage. Potholes too, so that you aren't looking for a sign. Too busy bouncing around. "it will be forwarded to debt collections". Not sure Josef had this in mind when he started the "Family Owned Business". Reasonable penalty: $86, is that reasonable? I forwarded multiple payments made for parking by phone, that I pay to stay. Collections notice. Really? Sent by "Diamond Parking Services" with a Surrey address, though we all know they're in the states.

Disgusting company. They had hid a bogus parking ticket under my windshield wiper in a No Frills parking accusing me of "walking else where". I saw it on the way, had to turn back go to No Frills & show them the ticket & my receipt of purchase from them. I guess this is how they make money in this business. Relying on people to not see the ticket, throw their purchase bill out & no way to dispute. Will report to BBB too.

One of the worst customer service you will ever receive from this location. I was ticketed else where that I felt was wrongfully given to me. I tried appeal the ticket online, it was denied. So I called them to try to understand why. Without even listening to my reasons, they just said "you walked off, so you violated the parking policy." The issue is the parking lot that I was at was a U-shaped, I parked at the back, so I have to walk around other stores to the front of the store. Then when I challenged them with my shopping receipt, their reasoning was shopping for nearly 2 hours is unacceptable. But the parking lot stated I can park for maximum of 2 hours in that mall to do my business. They go back to, "you walked off" reasoning. when I asked to speak to the manager, the representative said "no, you might not." Are you serious!? A customer service representative telling me I can not speak to the manager? So I challenge them a few more times about escalating the issue they were talking over me the entire time, they finally took my number down and told me someone will call me later. After this horrible experience, I sent an email to the VP of this service location. And of course, couple hours later Customer Service supervisor called me, the service was even worst. She start off by confirming who I am, which is fine. Then the confrontation begins. Again, not listening to my reasoning for why I felt the ticket was wrongfully issued, keep harping on the fact that "you walked off". She even stated even if I took one step off the parking lot, you violated the parking lot policy and are subjected to being ticketed or towed. Then when I question her on her customer service representative's behavior, she said she found nothing wrong. She said she listen to the recording and accused me for I misinterpreting the message, it was my fault. To end the conversation, she gave me the typical spill about paying for the ticket online blah blah blah, without a single apology or thank you, she said bye and hangs up without letting me respond. So if you are looking for customer service that: 1) avoids confrontation 2) agreed to disagree 3) sympathetic and apologetic manner to ensure you are satisfy with their response. Don't bother talking to these people at this location. it is not worth your time and frustration.
