Homeyra provides great service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing our real estate deal. We highly recommend Homeyra and her team without any reservations. Our experience began with Homeyra sitting down with us and talking through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Toronto and GTA real estate market. Based on our input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Homeyra provided several ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. To start, we spent a few days looking in each of the neighborhoods we selected and checking out listings while Homeyra spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different places we saw in each house/community. We were very indecisive home shoppers, so we definitely tested Homeyra’s knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and were never disappointed with her responses. Most important to us, Homeyra was always honest with us about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than a year after closing, she still cheerfully recommends contractors and other service providers when we contact her looking for suggestions as we complete work on our home. In the future, if we ever decide to do any real estate deal, we will definitely call Homeyra and her team again to both sell our home and find a new one.

First of all, I need to say I always thought real estate agents were basically there to trick you and take advantage of you. I have a totally different perception of what a realtor is supposed to be after my experience with Diamond Group. Between the two of them, there was basically someone on call to walk us through questions and concerns through every point in our deal. The whole experience was catered to us, our budget, and the specifications of our life's needs and wants. They took the time, starting off with a first meeting to map out the course of the perfect house for my husband and I.
