He was so great with Pongo and even myself (this was my first time bringing Pongo for his nails since adopting him). Very outgoing, and friendly experience. You can tell he has a passion for his work... even his prices are great. Easy 5 stars.

He does my cockapoo in a few hours, and is always considerate of any preferences I have with her cut, and always lets me know how she does in the session. He has a lovely home parlour, and you can tell he truly cares about each dog he grooms! Will continue going back :)

Everyone always asks us how we get them so excited to see the groomer and honestly it's all him. He's been so patient and helpful with raising them to be good grooming pups - to the point that we were even able to groom them ourselves during the covid lockdown with no pushback. All we have to do is say Doug and they get extremely excited and run to the door ready to go see him. We have to literally spell his name when talking about him and it's not time to go to prevent getting them excited too early. We highly recommend booking with him - it's worth the wait!!
