Diamond Cuts Dog Grooming

one cut is okay, the next is absolutely terrible. Not sure who is doing the cutting here but honestly it was very bad and i could have done a much better job myself. Im not expecting a perfect cut by any means but this haircut had missing spots of ALL over.. unbelievable amount of missed spots, one leg looks a whole clip length longer, lines everywhere, hair all under the feet, nails dont look cut, really a butchered cut and it took and almost 3 hours. didnt bother calling back as i wont be taking my dog here again.

Absolutely love Diamond Cuts Dog Grooming. Dean and Laura are simply wonderful. Both my fur babies have never had any issues in their care. The cuts are great and even. My fur babies always smell great and they feel comfortable in their care. I've been dealing with them for 4 years now. Highly recommend

I have been taking my pup since he was about 7 months. I know he is always in good hands and when I pick him up he's always a handsome boy. My pup does get anxious when getting a cut, but the staff at diamond cuts always does a good job with him. Price is reasonable. Hoping we can get him in soon once things start to open up!

I decided to go to Diamond Cuts Dog Grooming as my regular groomer was booked up for the next few weeks and my experience here was very unpleasant. I'm writing this review to provide others with information in hopes that this saves them time, money and a less stressed puppy. I was in contact with one lady throughout my time here. I hope that she isn't the owner as that would be embarrassing for her and her business. I have three main callouts about Diamond Cuts Dog Grooming: 1. Very unreliable and not professional As I dropped my dog off to get a light trim and bath, I asked how long his appointment would take and she told me it would be 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. After arriving at the 2 hour mark, she told me that it would be another hour because "Saturday's are very busy". I proceeded to wait another hour and a half, still no call. I decided to go in and she tells me "he's ready, give me 5 mins, he's getting his nails cut". Then she goes to the back and proceeds to tell me that she's going to cut his nails and takes another 10-15 mins. Once she was done, I explained that I was unhappy about her lack of customer service and I would have appreciated that she called me to let me know that my dog's appointment would be more than 2 hours. She then said that she was busy and couldn't call, no apology received. 2. Poor Quality and Value Did not listen to instructions and did a horrible job with the cut I asked for my dog's private areas to be trimmed, they weren't. His nails were cut unevenly and his face's trim looked very choppy. 3. Not Organized From my experience, everytime I go to a new groomers, I get asked to show proof of my dog's vaccinations. She did not ask me to provide proof or even if he received them. She didn't ask me about his temperament or what she should be cautious for. I'm bringing this up because as I was leaving, she told me that the previous dog was a new client (just like myself) and the owner didn't tell her that he would be anxious. I found it very unprofessional that she spoke poorly about a customer - knowing that she probably didn't ask the right questions before the appointment. Overall, I suggest going anywhere to get your dog groomed besides here. Any local groomer should not take more than an hour to groom your dog. If you're okay with leaving your dog at the groomers for 3+ hours, I suggest going to PetSmart - at least they're cleaner and more professional.

We tried Diamond cuts after a few different groomers for our medium size Golden Doodle. They were fantastic. They took the time to ask me how I want my girl to look. They did exactly what I requested and in a timely manner. I am thrilled someone referred me to Diamond and we will be definitely returning. Great value as well. Well done ladies.

I only have positive great reviews about diamond cuts. My pups have been going there for 10 years. I never been anywhere else because I trust Laura and her crew 100%, my Willow is well groomed, smells awesome, and great communication with Laura. My Willow is well taken care of, and I would recommend this place to anyone. Great workers, well dedicated to their pups. Keep up the great work!
