★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever they said they delevered the item twice but I got no notice and I do have cameras that show there lieing..on the third attempt I told them to put the package outside the door and ring the bell. Well guess it was too much work so he just out a notice on the front gate...thanks dhl.

Refused to let me speak to the manager.
I have had to pick up my own package a lot of times. They are improving their serivuce not as bad as it use to be. But still not 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company to use for shipping, I paid a lot of money to get a package over night, “delivery attempt” was made with nobody ringing the doorbell, waited over 6 business days for a package that was supposed to come in 2, because they couldn’t figure out where it was. Not making the same mistake ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payed a lot for express shipping and have been waiting all day for an urgent document. They never rang the bell and just got a notification "we tried to deliver today but no one was home" Can´t believe they lie with such ease just because of lazy staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL is the worst delivery service. Paid express shipping. They sorted my package for pick up in an entirely different location not anywhere near me bc I live on an island not the mainland but they couldn't seem to grasp that. Called 2 times to tell them to deliver it. They finally moved it but I had to pick it up. Package came a week late.

Such a frustrating and unprofessional service. My package was supposed to be delivered 20 days ago but had a big delay and DHL returned it to Vancouver. I paid $143 and still struggling and following up with many staff and departments to get my money back. They even don't release my package and asking me to pay for duty. You couldn't deliver it. You couldn't do the service you sold now asking for duty? Frustrating customer service which just pass you to another department. I never ever trust DHL. Keep this in mind before doing any business with DHL.
It's day 35 and still in a circle between departments. Customer service, claim department, brokerage department and all do the same. They just pass you to another one.
