R	Ruthie Morck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for both a mammogram and a bone density today and I was more than pleased with the service. It is a warm and welcoming place. Nicole (mammogram) and Roxanne (bone density) were very caring, pleasant and helpful and they both did a good job of making me feel relaxed. I would certainly go back to that clinic rather than to a large clinic where you are just a number. Thank you to all of the staff. I was most impressed.

I was quite traumatized by my last ultrasound at a clinic in Edmonton and I didn't trust their results as they didn't even take time to explain much to me and didnt show me any pictures of what they were viewing in my body. They were also quite abrupt. Anne put me at ease this second time! She explained what she was seeing in my ultrasound, how the baby (embryo) was looking and what we should have been seeing for it to have been a healthy pregnancy. The best part is she took time to ask me how I was doing, If i understood what she was saying and if I had any questions. She was confident in her answers and I had 100 percent TRUST in her!!! Although, my pregnancy was not viable this time around, I actually felt better after seeing her and I knew what my next steps would be. I will 100 PERCENT be returning as a client as I have never felt more COMFORTABLE at an ultrasound than with her! She is smart, funny, kind and most importantly she values you as a human being! Thank you Anne! You and your staff are AMAZING♡♡♡!

These people have been treated like garbage by too many selfish unthinking people for too long. They are abiding by all the health codes, wearing PPE all day long, and still try to be polite to every patient who thinks they are the ONLY patient in the world. Stop being babies and heaven forbid, don’t lose your mind if you have to wait a little longer. To all the ladies at Devon Xray… THANK YOU!

To be kept waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, with a bladder stretched to it's maximum capacity, awaiting an ultrasound. With no indication, by staff, when I would be called in. All the while, listening to the staff gossiping and laughing about this, that and whatever. I got so frustrated, that I found a washroom, and promptly left.Then, to be chased and yelled at, that I was next. Too little, too late. Very unprofessional. I called my doctor and requested a referral to a different clinic. The staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Honestly contemplated cancelling because I was terrified it was gonna be scary and painful. It was the exact opposite! I had rush as my nurse who took my photos she was absolutely amazing in every way! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. All the worry I had about my tests went away. She was kind and gentle. I honestly barely felt a thing during the procedure and no pain at all! If your young, scared anxious! It’s ok, this experience was great! 10/10 great staff!

They are extremely professional and more importantly kind and caring I have been in a lot of medical clinics in Edmonton, Calgary and the United States they are by far the best I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
