My windshield wipers are different sizes on my car and they were put on backwards after. Not a big deal, 2 bolts and that was fixed.
I'd go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had some really great work done by Terry and his crew. Everything from repairing/replacing windshields to replacing windows in our home. Terry checks over the work of his employees, sometimes touching up something they've missed. He has an eye for perfection.
My last experience however totally pissed me right off. We needed a back door replaced on our house. It took quite a while for him to come around and look at it. He was supposed to be giving me a quote about a year ago. When I called asking when we would receive the quote, there was the excuse that "his guy hadn't got back to him," That was the excuse for 2 times. I finally gave up asking and he's never called. So much for supporting local businesses.
I just had Window mart here yesterday installing a new door/ trim. Very impressed! Really reasonable prices.
By the way. I never try to bargain with these guys or Terry on pricing. I think they're worth every penny.
Just really disappointed that Terry never had the courtesy to tell me he could'nt/didn't want to do the job. I would've respected him for his honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience. I had my car washed at bubbles a few days before and they knocked my rear view mirror off. I made an appointment to have it reattached but had to wait until the weather got nicer than -35. I arrived on schedule, they did the work, and I was back on the road again in 45 minutes.
