I had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan on what I thought was a waste of time and he worked wonders into getting me into a truck I wanted and since then I've bought another from him . the last transaction we did he had my truck paperwork and delivery all arranged and done in less then 10 days start to finish

I would describe my dealings with devon Chrysler as a terrible dream not an experience. I was convinced to sign a deal over the phone and done so because I should feel lucky they can even do anything for me because of poor credit history so be thankful we are getting you into a lower interest rate so don't be so concerned about the vehicle. So ultimately I sign for a truck that resembled a theft recovery.my trade in was 2018 and paint was perfect for 2019with horrible paint scratched up front to back. Also had 3 different kinds of tires yes out of the 4 tires 3 of them had different names. Two of which were worn ou5 but that was my fault because as they agree with me they are not much good they were the tires that were in the video they sent me that was taken from 50ft away. So they agree to pay for a power polish for me to get an appointment somewhere and when I go they can call and get a credit card number for payment. So I get my appointment and it cost me 100$gas to come from red earth and 500$ for day missed at work don't forget the 100$ to get back home to red earth. And when he calls ro secure payment they say how much?? That's too much were not paying that. When I talk to him he says when you get back from your trip to nb we will get you booked in and I will pay for it. We'll 1st I would be some stupid to take the risk of loosing another says pay and the 290$for fuel because he said he will pay for it . He said that this time and didn't. So basically if I do come again and let him pay it will have cost me the customer 1400 1000 in lost wage and 400$ for the two trips from red earth so they could save 500$. All because they were ignorant enough to sell me a truck with paint bad enough warranting insurance claim and bald tires all because I'm in red earth and am trying to rebuild my credit after a large part of my life consumed by drug addiction ending with a bunch of months in prison to reflect. Now worki g and nose to the grind duotone there are the prey waiting to exploit the high interest customer by pushing sub par cars for top of the scale prices equals large bottom line for dealer and the vulnerable once again preyed o like swimming in shark (car salesman) infested waters

Cannot recommend Jordan enough! He goes above and beyond to do right by his clients. He’s available around the clock and has proven to be honest, hardworking, and frankly a genius at what he does. If you want the best of the best, Jordan is your guy.

Absolutely AWFUL! Was promised a certain car one day, didn’t get approved. Was promised a better car the next day, everything went through smoothly and Syd asked me to be there around 11. I was coming from out of town … so at 830am I communicated that I was as on my way. Got to Devon at 12:10pm and was told the car I was promised was sold!!!! Syd then continued to blame me for being “late”. In our many conversations, he did not state that I had to be there by 11am or he was going to sell my car … So he found me another approval. Went for a test drive and fell in love with the vehicle. Get back to the dealership, and all of a sudden I wasn’t approved for that one …. Works on getting me another one. Said approval went through,’it just needed an out of province inspection, detail and he would personally drop it off in my city. After HOURS of waiting at home for the phone call that my new whip was on its way, I received a text from Syd stating the OPI failed and he had nothing on the lot for me. Syd told me every time Over text “there’s a loaner vehicle for you until we find you approval). You’ll never guess. All of a sudden, the day of the big F*ck around - they “ran out” of loaner vehicles. Rad. So glad I paid for gas there and back to be made a fool Of.

It was great going here, told them what I wanted and needed. Found me the exact thing I asked for and worked with me to get the best possible price. Would highly recommend this place if you are in search of a new vehicle. Very friendly too

I would say it’s pretty sad when you have air leaking from a tire on your new Jeep and you have to call road side assistance to help because the Jeep dealership turns you away because they are too busy today. Kinda of ironic their sign that says “Your Tire Store” lol. So here I sit parked on the street outside the Jeep dealership waiting for a service truck. **Update: Evan from Vintage towing arrived and started working on changing the tire. A short time later someone from the dealership came out to offer assistance. Sorry but a lot to late. I will take my Jeep to Kaltire in the morning to pull the nail out, repair the tire and down the road again!
