We were drawn to his style because we wanted more natural and candid photos rather than all cheesy, posed shots. He did not disappoint! Of course, he and his assistant made sure to orchestrate the important posed shots, but he is also skilled at making you feel comfortable so that he can capture you naturally. We laughed so much! I am very happy we chose Devon for our big day.

We have had to reschedule our engagement photos 2 times due to covid restrictions but Devon was so accommodating and encouraging each time. When the day came, Devon was amazing at keeping us comfortable and relaxed. We had so much fun, he had great creative ideas, helped give good directions. When we got the photos back I was speechless, the photos are gorgeous and they captured us as a couple completely. Devon was able to capture these amazing photos of us looking so happy and in love with each other. This was the perfect pandemic pick me up and we can not wait for the wedding. Thank you Devon!!

He made us feel comfortable when we'd never done professional photos before, and brought out our personalities in our candids and poses. It started to rain in the midst of our engagement shoot, and Devon saved the day by pulling out his phone and checking the radar and suggesting a different location nearby. We went - and ended up with gorgeous photos during golden hour, and even a rainbow! In that moment, we knew he was the perfect pick for our wedding day. We felt natural and comfortable all day and our families commented on how easy the photos were and how great Devon was on the day of. Devon has a wonderful artistic eye and ability to capture you and your partner at your best and most authentic. As we were driving to our engagement session location we had chosen we found out it was closed but Devon was able to pivot and worked with us to find another location the same day and now I can't imagine having had our engagement pictures anywhere else. My husband an I are both a bit camera shy and were a little worried before our engagement session but Devon put us at ease and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. On our wedding day having our pictures taken by Devon felt very natural and fun. Devon is so friendly and fit right in with the wedding day crew. We love our engagement and wedding day sneak peak pictures we have seen so far. We continue to get compliments from friends and family about how wonderful our photos are.
