Service professionnel, gens très accommodants. Le mobilier est de qualité et l'installation est parfaite. Très satisfait.

Conduise comme des débiles profond sur nos routes, coupe sur une double ligne pleine a la dernière seconde sans clignotant avec un e350 et la remorque. Partez plus tôt le matin comme tout le monde.

Nous avons refait notre cuisine il y a quelques années. Ce fut pour nous un tres bon choix, personnel competent, tres bonne qualite de travail et aucun probleme a l’execution. Depuis nous avons souvent référé cette compagnie a plusieurs reprise.

Un exemple de service à la clientèle. Je suis venu les voir deux fois avec de tout petits projets (panneau pour réparer une armoire et petite armoire de cuisine) et les deux fois le service était attentionné comme si j’étais là pour une cuisine à 30k$. J’irai les voir en premier quand ce sera le temps de faire ma cuisine.

Nous avons refait notre cuisine entièrement avec Maggart et avons été très satisfaits. Il y a eu des problèmes mais ils ont toujours été rapides pour les solutionner et excellent service à la clientèle !

Printemps été 2021 armoires de salle de bain arrivées avec plusieurs semaines de retard avec les mauvaises dimensions et repris à mon déavantage avec des tiroirs disproportionnés et non fonctionnels. La satisfaction du client n'est vraiment pas leur priorité. Respect des engagements envers le client un gros 0. Je déconseille fortement ce commerce.

Very bad experience with this company. The installation of my kitchen went well. But god forbid you have problems with any part of the kitchen(and you will) - no customer service whatsoever. No follow ups. You have to run after them and beg them to service you. I have had two issues so far. One was within my one year warranty and the manager Denis Lafreniere never called me to set up a service appointment. It was the initial designer they took care of my issue. For my second issue Denis called me, gave me an appointment, told me I might have to pay for the repair as I am out of my 1 year warranty. I wasn’t very happy about it, but decided to get an appointment anyway. On the day of my appointment no one showed up (and i took a day off for that!). I called that very same manager, who told me that he never called me to confirm my appointment. “You are right I should have called you on Friday, but I didn’t” those were his exact words. Naturally I was furious and expecting some type of apology or something like “ do not worry I will send someone shortly”. But this person does not really care. He is really not customer oriented. I requested to speak to the owner and explained the situation. The owner seemed very friendly on the phone and said he would assist in fixing the issue and he apologized for the unacceptable service I had gotten from his manager. He told me I would get a call the very same day OR the next day. This never happened either! 3 days later I decided to call again, my calls are never returned. Even the receptionist won’t answer my call but let’s it go to voicemail. When I tried calling from my work phone she answered without delay! I explained to them that I will file a complaint with consumer protection as this is unacceptable, to not be able to get service from the company that installed my kitchen not even 2 years ago! I continued my conversation with Dennis over text message as this seemed the only way to get in touch with this company. Because I threatened to file a complaint, I was told by the manager that I should no longer contact them for service due to my “bad attitude “ ”We no longer have an obligation to service you as per the contract, as you are out of your 1 year warranty, please find yourself another company to assit you in fixing your problem” Those were his exact words and I have it in writing. Very unreliable and incompetent staff. I will most definitely not be returning as a customer nor recommend anyone to this dishonest company.
