★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst. Have promised me in 3 occasions that my tax returns would be done and they never are, have to call them multiple times to talk with someone who will make empty promises and never deliver any results have been waiting for 3 weeks now... A waste of time...

I had time sensitive questions that they immediately got to work on. They were extremely helpful, knowledgable and great to deal with. Would give more stars if I could.
