s	sebastien litalien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvaise expérience, la dame ne respecte pas la loi du Québec pour les consignes, elle a refusé de prendre des bouteilles vides Grolsch en prétextant ne pas en vendre (En plus c'est faux, ils vendent des Grolsch en canette et plein d'autres bière en bouteille venant du même distributeur). Je ne retournerai plus à cet endroit. Bad experience, the lady does not respect the law of Quebec for the instructions, she refused to take empty Grolsch bottles by claiming not to sell any (In addition it is false, they sell Grolsch in cans and many others bottled beer from the same distributor). I will not be going back to this place again.

Since the last year I go really often to this place to pickup my UPS package. RECENTLY they change the owner. The previous one was really kind and take time to listen. Yesterday I went their to pickup my package from UPS. Right away she got a bad attitude with the first customer that was there. Now it's my turn, I gave her my paper with my order. She ask me to follow her. I go where the box and she start to complain that there so many box that she can't wait the people come pick them up... She didn't find my box so I have to show her where my box was. We go to the counter and she tell me she CAN'T give me the package because it's not under my name (my wife name) even tough she have in her hand my driving license that clearly show that it's the same adress on the package. I told her that it was never an issue no matter UPS, Canada Post or Fedex... She start to higher the voice and ZERO respect. She said she get nothing from this so she doesn't care. I called my wife so she can speak with her in Mandarin (They are both Chinese) to tell her I'm the husband. Even with all this by the rules she should let me take my package. She start to tell to my wife that I gave her attitude and that I was RACISM and that she don't want me do come back there.... TRUST ME IF YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DO IT !!! In the end I got my package but it took a good 20 minutes...
L	Lars P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New owner is great! Super friendly and helpful, helps me get what I need, doesn't have a problem putting together custom packs of beer for example if I want to mix up a 6 pack, very honest with prices and always has a lollipop for the kids. Would give 6 stars if I could!
