Super friendly staff, the prices are very reasonable and the toilets are incredibly clean! Never seen for a convenience store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention, pas tous les employés savent lire les dates sur un réservoir de propane et ils sont bêtes comme leurs pieds quand on essaie d'expliquer . Le mr. au service (60+) a pris un chiffre arbitraire (caché tout seul dans le coin du colet loin de tout les autre chiffres) et a insinué que c'étais la date. Quand j'ai essayer d'expliquer que c'étais impossible que ma tank était de 2006 alors que je l'avait acheté il n'y a que quelque années il ma dit d'un ton bete (sans me regarder et en foutant le camp de la zone de remplissage) que j'avais juste a lui montrer ou est-ce quelle était la date. A toute évidence il n'est pas qualifié pour faire ce travail, les dates ont toujours le même format MM-AA et le chiffre qu'il a pris avait 2 digits seulement. Une perte de temps totale, j'ai appelé le dépanneur par la suite pour expliquer et a toute évidence la jeune se foutait pas mal de la situation et ma racrocher au nez alors que je lui demandais a quel heure ils fermait. Pourtant j'était respectueux avec elle au telephone. Pas une bonne expérience du tout, dommage car ça fait + de 7 ans que je fais affaire avec eux. AVIS PUBLIC: Racrocher le telephone sans s'assurer de la fin de la conversation et dire bye cest juste a tv que cest acceptable.
Be careful, not all employees know how to read dates on a propane tank and they are stupid as their feet when trying to explain. The mr. serving (60+) took an arbitrary number (hidden by itself in the corner of the collar away from all other digits) and implied that it was the date. When I tried to explain that it was impossible that my tank was from 2006 when I bought it a few years ago he told me in a stupid tone (without looking at me and fucking camp of the filling area) that I just had to show him or was it what the date was. Obviously he is not qualified to do this job, the dates still have the same MM-YY format and the number he took had only 2 digits. A total waste of time, I called the convenience store afterwards to explain and obviously the youngster didn't give a damn about the situation and hung up on me when I asked her what time they closed. Yet I was respectful with her on the phone. Not a good experience at all, too bad because I've been doing business with them for more than 7 years. PUBLIC NOTICE: Hang up the phone without ensuring the end of the conversation and say bye it's just on TV that's okay.

Ma mère a acheté un billet le matin, elle a voulu l'échanger en après-midi et on lui a dit qu'il était expirer et qu'elle ne pouvait pas l'échanger. Pourtant c'est EUX qui lui ont vendu! Le dépanneur se détache complètement de ses responsabilités. La moindre des choses quand tu commets une erreur auprès d'un client, tu la répare. En plus, c'était un gain de 4$! Il faut vraiment être paumé pour ne pas vouloir l'échanger. Cela fait 20 ans que toute ma famille achète dans ce dépanneur. Nous ne y retournerons plus jamais.
