She was not wrong, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and explaining every detail to me before and after my procedure. Dr. Guy was extremely gentle I felt no pain whatsoever. The staff couldn't be bothered to make a call, I had to wait for over 40 minutes at home to get the answer that the dental office didn't send the information ! Really! Plus my filings are NOT smooth. Below average experience!

I cannot say enough good things about Dentistry at Arnprior! It’s almost fun to go there, which seems crazy to say! The staff there are unbelievably friendly!!! Every single person that I have encountered there during my visits; Eden, Kim, Joanne, Nicole, Stephanie, Courtney, Dr. Gurleen (and perhaps others, but it has been a while now) have been so incredibly wonderful! What an amazing team they have there, and it makes the experience not feel like that “dreaded trip to the dentist”. They are highly professional and kind, and explain everything in a way that you can understand. I highly recommend Dentistry at Arnprior :)

I have severe anxiety about the dentist but today my mind was changed! I felt comfortable, heard and at ease. I can’t say enough about Tara and Ally. They both went above and beyond for me today as well as the rest of the staff. Dr Bansal was so genuine when listening to me and reassured me. Thank you again for changing my mind ❤️

They did the work right away and everything was so professional. ALL The staff were wonderful and the dentist was fantastic! I was VERY, VERY nervous and they totally understood and calmed me down.
