I visited Dr. Sam regarding an old crown issue. After suffering a couple of days hoping it would go away I called and saw the doctor next day. He assessed the situation and went out of his way to fit me into the schedule and alleviate the pain. I was very impressed with the customer service and would certainly recommend this dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this practice and Dr MacCarthy and staff. My daughter had never been to the dentist before and everyone was very kind and supportive. They talked her through everything and were friendly and caring. I am also very nervous at the dentist and I felt supported throughout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is wonderful, I've been a patient for most of my life. They deliver excellent results and maintain such a high level of professionalism while still making you feel like family. I drive from Niagara Falls to Burlington and often get asked why I go to a dentist somewhat far from my home. My response to that is easy, when you find a good dentist you keep going! They are very much worth the drive because they just go above and beyond on every occasion. ?

When phoning the office and requesting to see the dentist the receptionist Rosa was very helpful, understanding and I got an appointment very quickly.
On arriving at the office I found all the staff very friendly and welcoming.
When meeting Dr Maccarthy I was immediately put at ease which is important to me as I get very anxious.
Throughout the whole examination he was very reassuring and explained everything that was going on.
Debi, the office manager, took the time to talk to me and seeing I was anxious also helped put me at ease.
I will need some further treatment but feel more confident during my next visits.
Despite what is going on in the world I found their procedures were very professional and again reassuring.
I feel very pleased I have found a nice dentist and support team.
Highly recommended.

irrigated prior to scaling. Dr. Korkis checked the condition of my existing fillings and they advised me which teeth I was weak on cleaning. (I am picky and only go to them because they're great.)
