Headline to this review. Child Safety!! I am really disappointed in this company when it comes to transporting children safely. I have had three terrible experiences with drivers. Most recently a driver picked my child up as they got to the top step he started driving with his door still open light and stop arm out all the way to next stop. Dennys response when i called immediately we will talk to him. When i asked for a follow up call, she was so rude. She said If I were to give you a follow up call your follow up call would be i spoke to him because under privacy law i cant tell you anything its not your business to know. I feel this was completely unacceptable. I have had a few great drivers but they dont seem to be able to retain them for long. I had another driver that was not applying brake and rolling slightly when the children are stepping on. My child said you have to be right at road ready for her or else she is really angry. My child was nervous and didnt want to be sitting in car in cold in fear the driver would be angry. When you call in with a concern they are not compassionate at the denny's office they get their back up and defend their drivers. Its sad i feel have to video the bus everytime now due to whats occuring. I know some others who are feeling same i plan to encourage them to review and speak out. Our children deserve safe transportation to school.

Good bus we used for a hockey tournament last weekend. Clean and comfortable. Low rating is the driver was a very aggressive driver, riding people's bumpers, etc. Had to slam on the brakes on the 401 to avoid rear ending a car. Also refused to estimate time of arrival or provide what the GPS said when we were trying to determine whether we would make our lunch reservation. Talked to the kids like they lacked basic intelligence.

Do these drivers EVER stop at stop signs?! No, they don't. Dispatch was advised but they don't care either.

Just had a great trip with the Georgetown Living Hope Alliance Church to Walters Dinner Theatre on August 29/2019 -- the day westbound 401 was closed at HWY 8 !!! Cannot compliment our driver DEAN enough. He expertly and calmly took detours to get us all there on time and safe to the show and lunch. Dean is very personable,humorous and attentive to helping our seniors both on and off the bus -- he was so professional and a great representative of Denny's Bus Lines -- Thank You Dean

Fantastic company to work with from the start to finish! Kathy in sales offered great customer service and made sure all our needs were met. Hens was the best driver!!! He was beyond helpful, efficient, safe, and very friendly. Great service and communication all around. Will definitely be using this company again in the future.

recently we join bus tour for long weekend. bus was comfortable and big space for legs this is a plus. first we went to thousand islands and paid for boat tour and all payments paid in the bus you don't get receipt for it this is a minus. all of the places cost money in the tour and they get payment in the bus so you will not get any receipt its better to pay your own when you arrive. then we went to Ottowa parliament building. then stayed int he Microtel hotel our room was great just like little apartment. second night was mess in travelodge hotel little rooms no kitchen etc. we went to montreal they just visited to olympic stadium they did not visit montreal hill its a minus. we did not join all tours in the menu because not needed spend money for nothing. you can not stay in the bus if bus stops somewhere even its raining this is a minus which happened to us they push you go out of the bus even raining. we paid 120 for the tour and $30 cash for driver and guide which they don't guide outside of the bus they just provide info in the bus. if you join same tour i do recommend $200 to $300 extra cash per person to join full adventure for this tour to go. for the price it is worth the money to travel but i don't like cash payments at all. 2 nights in the hotel already just tour price if you think and microtel hotel have free breakfast in the morning so that a plus. over all 3 stars some minuses but for the price which is $150 for the bus and guide it is recommended don't pay for buffets for lunch etc because of the limited time you will not enjoy at all. bring waters and soft drinks etc even some food with you to reduce high cost of meal etc. over all we had good times and nice pictures and even some nice shows in the Quebec City.

We have used Denny's for our programs for over five years, and they have always been professional, responsive, accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with. I will always recommend working with them.

I just met with this person just now let me tell you he completely cut me off without having signal nothing I almost hit him and when I try to take his picture the gentleman tells me to go to h*** very unreliable bus drivers on the road stay away from them as much as you can
