Dennis Elsom Turf

Great turf field. Home of NDSC. Some real beauties have played here. Legend has it that after 9pm every Tuesday, you can still hear them practicing, wildly laughing at every nutmeg, and cheering on after every crushed Hell's Gate.

Nice field, lived in ND most my life and never knew about it. Perfect to play soccer on those rainy days

Very large soccer field, great to bring people to watch games or play/practice.

Great facility that is well looked after. Everything looks nice. The turf's quality is pretty good as well. Detailed review: Dennis Elsom Turf (also called Delsom for short) is a nice place to hang out and play soccer with friends. There is one big turf Soccer field (the soccer field is quite nice) located at the back and 5 baseball fields. Teams usually practice here in certain times of the day and games are held here. The soccer field is big and has a nice turf and the baseball fields are on the sides (they don't have turf, they have gravel and grass). Adding on, Delsom has a lot of space due to the many fields (6), good for playing soccer and baseball, throwing a football with friends, and more. Although, try not to ride or park bikes on the big turf field because it may damage it. Around the turf Soccer field are Soccer stands and nice surrounding fences. Adding on, there are tennis courts and trail walks at Delsom as well. Furthermore, Dennis Elsom is right next to the North Delta Recreation Center which is really convenient. Delsom is also next to the Police Station and a Boys and Girls club which has a basket-ball court and skate park next to the building. Speaking of convenience, George Mackie Library, a long with Tim Hortons, 7-eleven, Subway, and other stores are near the 84 avenue and 112 street intersection.

I used the tennis court. It was well maintained and free to the public. Played on Sunday night, wasn't crowded.

U19B fast pitch tournament this weekend.

We took the school there last year, all the kids enjoyed playing soccer, very well maintained and perfect for any type of physical activity, even has a pathway around it for riding bikes, kids had an awesome time!

Multi sport field which is well maintained. Great for soccer and many other sports. Close to North Delta Recreation center and George Mackie library. Nice playground and you can walk or even bike around the ground.
