About Dennis Ambrose Consulting
Dennis started working in information technology back in the early 90’s and has since founded two international technology companies, each with an annual revenue over 10 million dollars. After working in consulting for over 20 years, he strives to help his customers achieve the same success.
Since 1998, Dennis has held executive positions at two international organizations; Adxstudio Inc. and Adoxio Business Solutions Inc. At Adxstudio, he was the founder and COO from 1998-2014, and from 2014-2016, at Adoxio Business Solutions Inc. he held the position of founder, managing partner, and CFO. During this time, Dennis led his team to successfully implement over 100 customer relationship solutions, including implementations with Fortune 500 organizations such as HP, Microsoft, Rockwell, and New York City (Department of ITT). Internally, he managed a team of over 50 high performing business consultants and web developers.
Dennis has experience with both share and asset sale transactions.
Lately, Dennis has spent time as the Saskatchewan Division President of the Canadian Ski Patrol. In this role Dennis is using his talents to give back to a sport that he enjoys.
