De plus les mises à jour sur Facebook ne se font pas et il arrive souvent que nous nous demandons quand est-ce qu’ils passeront pour faire la finition. I have to constantly do the finishing because it doesn't remove the snow from the sides properly. Also the updates on Facebook do not get done and it often happens that we wonder when will they come by to finish.

Plus aucun service à la clientèle lorsqu'on appel (message enregistré) en plus de nous augmenter le tarif à 300$ (contrairement à 260$ les années précédentes). Je renouvelle définitivement pas l'année prochaine avec cette compagnie, et TOUS MES voisins à qui j'ai parlé emboîtent le pas. À PROHIBER!!! I was with CAMM the years before and since they sold to VERT2000 it's a disaster. No more customer service when calling (recorded message) in addition to increasing the rate to $ 300 (as opposed to $ 260 in previous years). I definitely do not renew next year with this company, and ALL my neighbors to whom I spoke follow suit. PROHIBIT !!!

Cette année 2018-2019 c'est pire que pire, le service es vraiment nul, je m'amuse à enlever et remette mon véhicule en espérant qu il passe, je rêve, je laisse des messages, il s'en fou, vraiment un grand laisser aller de cette compagnie. It's been 17 years that we do business with them but! This year 2018-2019 is worse than worse, the service is really bad, I enjoy removing and surrender my vehicle hoping he passes, I dream, I leave messages, he does not care, really a big let go of this company.

Mes bornes ont été posées inadéquatement, ne retournent pas les appels et ne corrigent pas la situation; arrachent le muret en déneigeant. Ne passent pas même si plus de 5 cm... j’ai dû pelleter moi-même la neige car impossible d’entrer dans mon entrée en fin de journée. Service déplorable, ne répondent pas aux attentes des clients. C’est terminé pour moi, on ne se reverra pas l’an prochain..... Very disappointed with the service this year. Ce qu’ils ont fait car depuis, tout est parfait et je suis très satisfait de leur service. At the very first snowfall, their snow removal was not up to scratch and I had asked them to correct it. What they did because since then everything is perfect and I am very satisfied with their service.

Les entrées ne sont jamais nettoyer le matin, il ne passe pas l'après-midi, il repasse en soirée, font sa tout croche et dise que c'est la faute des clients qui ne retire pas leurs véhicules. Les voitures sont enlever de 6h15 am à 17h. Ils ne sont jamais passer une seule fois. Je le déconseille très fortement. Même lorsque nous communiquons avec la compagnie il ne font rien pour arranger le problème. Vert 2000 ? Honestly, it's the worst snow removal service in Varennes. The entrances are never cleaned in the morning, he does not spend the afternoon, he goes back to the evening, make his quirky and say that it is the fault of customers who do not remove their vehicles. The cars are removed from 6.15am to 5pm. They never go once. I strongly advise against it. Even when we communicate with the company they do not do anything to fix the problem. Green 2000 ?
