★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my new Dendoff springs for my 2021 Toyota RAV4 and after about a week the front springs shrunk three inches with no load, not to mention they are completely warped. These were supposed to be super stiff and able to hold the weight of the vehicle even under load. Fast forward a few weeks, after shooting a bunch of emails back and forth Dendoff agreed that these springs were faulty and I would get a replacement set.
I understand these springs are relatively new to this vehicle however but its now coming up to two months and they still have not shipped them out nor kept me updated (Im always the one to attempt contact). I am generally a very flexible and patient person but this is bad.
