J'ai demandé 2 hommes, à un taux horaire de 120$/h pour le déménagement d'une personne âgée atteinte d'Alzheimer. Seulement une chambre, petit déménagement tout simple. On m'a ensuite offert un 3ème homme, car la compagnie avait un autre déménagement (plus gros) après le mien, avec seulement un frais unique de 20 $ supplémentaire (j'ai fait répété l'employe 2-3 fois pour être certain). Lors de la réception de la facture, le taux horaire était de 156.56$. Ils m'ont donc menti et n'ont pas respecté leur parole. Lors de l'appel, je me suis fait dire que tout était de ma faute, que je n'avais pas compris, etc... En plus, le temps a été arrondi généreusement à leur avantage, de même que les fournitures utilisées. Ça, je peux toujours accepté et je n'aurais pas fait de cas. Mais le fait de ne pas respecté leur parole et de chargé plus cher que prévu, ça c'est de l'arnaque pure et simple. Je vais aussi loger une plainte à CAA Québec, car ils sont une entreprise recommandée par CAA...

I asked 2 men, at an hourly rate of $120/h for the moving of an elderly person with Alzheimer's. Only one bedroom, simple move. I was then offered a 3rd man, because the company had another (bigger) move after mine, with only a one-time fee of $20 extra (I had the employee repeat 2-3 times to be sure ). Upon receipt of the invoice, the hourly rate was $156.56. So they lied to me and broke their word. During the call, I was told that it was all my fault, that I hadn't understood, etc. In addition, the time was rounded up generously to their advantage, as were the supplies used. That, I can always accept and I would not have made any case. But the fact of not respecting their word and charging more than expected, that's pure and simple scam. I will also lodge a complaint with CAA Quebec, because they are a company recommended by CAA...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le samedi 28 mai 2022, j'ai fait affaire avec Déménagement AGB afin de déménager ma mère âgée d'un logement à une RPA. Ils sont tellement gentil et professionnel. La soumission et le booking s'est fait avec Lilou et elle est très gentille et patiente pour répondre aux questions. Le jour du déménagement, Michael, Martin et Jacques ont offert un très bon service, ils sont de bonne humeur, travaillant et efficace. Par la suite, le suivi avec la facturation s'est très bien déroulé et tout était très clair. Je recommande sans la moindre hésitation cette compagnie de déménagement.
